MATERIAL DEVELOPMENT
Selection and preparation of recycled plastic streams. Research into textures, structures and material formulations for the intended application.
COLOUR DEVELOPMENT
Palette selection, custom color research and sample development. Explore the available collections or work with us on a specific chromatic direction.
ENGINEERING + TOOLING
Technical development of the form, production feasibility, mould engineering and tooling. Prototypes and mould tests connect the design to the manufacturing process.
INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION
Rotational moulding of objects and components, with material preparation and a production plan developed around the project specifications.
ASSEMBLY + LOGISTICS
Assembly of the finished product, preparation for delivery, packaging and logistics coordination according to the agreed project requirements.
THE POSSIBILITIES OF ROTATIONAL MOULDING
From recycled plastic
to three-dimensional form.
Rotational moulding shapes material inside a mould to create hollow volumes. It offers a different starting point for projects that call for depth, curves and integrated form.
We assess the geometry, material, tooling and production requirements together, connecting material research with manufacturing.
